Re: [picocontainer-dev] ComponentMonitor becomes Monitor

DPC has a handle on the Monitor, so could easily call something if  
there was a miss.

Wanna give it a go Mike?

   a) rename &
   b) new test/impl for DPC or maybe abstract RCK test thing.
