[picocontainer-dev] CAF chaining #2

CAFs a chained via a DecoratingCAF as usual, but now there is a  
setter in the mix rather than a ctor.

   public interface DecoratingComponentAdapterFactory {
       AbstractDecoratingComponentAdapterFactory forThis 
(ComponentAdapterFactory delegate);
   }

'for' would have been great as a method name, but is not allowed.

Which of

   to
   on
   with
   chain

is better than forThis ?
