[picocontainer-dev] Recursive injection

I've been thinking about the recursion with the different injections and
I like Jorg's idea about splitting the injection in several steps:
1. Resolution of the whole graph of dependencies
2. Verification, I guess here the container and each CAF should be able
to say if they can resolve the dependency (pico.canResolve(...))
3. If verification is ok then perform injection

If there is any interest in this, I could try writing a patch.
