Re: [picocontainer-dev] argumentative pico container -> to commons-cli?

No objection for a second commons-cli thing to arrive in gems, but I  
prefer the simple APC to stay where it is with no change :-)

We'll, not that I want to be seen to endorse anything that has a  
mandatory dependency on commons-logging ;-)
