[picocontainer-dev] semantic change - collectionss tests

Hi all,

as Mauro told, I'm commuicating some slight semantic
change
( o.p.d.advanced.CollectionsTestCase )

I commented out guts of
testShouldCreateBowlWithFishesOnly
because now collection component is pretty explicit, 
and would not shop for collection per se, but create
it. 
however, scalar component 
( say: Scalar.byClass(Collection.class) ) would 
find empty hash set
