[picocontainer-dev] PicoContainer unit tests conversion

Folks,

the long and winding road from JUnit 3/JMock 1 to JUnit 4/JMock 2 is 
slowing reaching its intended destination :-)

All Pico tests (core and gems) are now converted.

The remaining usages of JUnit3/JMock 1 are in:

org.picocontainer.doc -> these were examples used for the old site - we 
should review if we need them anymore.

org.picocontainer.tck -> these have been kept for backward compat.  I 
would like to sound out opinions as to what to do.  I would be in favour 
of not keeping support for JMock 1 in Pico 2.x, and providing a 
migration path.  It's often as easy as upgrading dependency and adding 
static imports to org.junit.Assert.*.
