I've also started conversion of Nano unit tests too.


The dependency on AbstractPicoContainerTestCase has been removed and 
replaced with that on AbstractPicoContainerTest (which does not extend 
MockObjectTestCase nor TestCase).

The conversion is substantially simpler than that of the Pico tests, so 
should not take long.
