[picocontainer-dev] Struts2 help please!

Am trying to get the newest version of the old nanowar working, but am  
having problems :- https://svn.codehaus.org/picocontainer/java/sandbox/picocontainer-web/web-struts2/ 
  , example app here :- https://svn.codehaus.org/picocontainer/java/sandbox/picocontainer-web/examples/struts2-webapp/

A few days ago with a similar prototype design it used to work :- https://svn.codehaus.org/picocontainer/java/2.x/trunk/nanoextras/struts2/

But I can;t get my head round what the essential difference is :-(

Can someone take a look please ?
