The problem was the ObjectFactory.  I've gotten webapp to work - in as far
as DI goes.  It still is not perfect as the binding from web params to object
(Cheese in this case) is not working properly - ie the object being sent is an
object with null fields (I've left some debug in). I'm sure it's quite a simple
thing to sort out.

Yesterday I'd also gotten the other webapps to work - WW1, S1 and JSF. 

From a DI point-of-view I this qualifies as a success story :-)

But I still find WWx and Sx very much unpleasant to work with - if compared to
more modern frameworks that have DI in their DNA, Waffle in primis. 

As part of the documentation, we should highlight those frameworks that do play
better with DI.
