Robot does not move

I ran the code of BattleRunner.java on this page.
It is executed by eclipse.

However, the robot does not move.
The following log will appear on the console.

sample.RamFire still has not started after 1650 ms... giving up.

sample.Corners still has not started after 1650 ms... giving up.
Msg> 

robocode starts normally, but the robot doesn't work.
(I tried other robots, but the same)

Robocode Version: robocode-1.9.3.9 (latest)
Java -version: JavSE-1.8 (java8)
System: Microsoft Windows 10
