I have just tried out compiling BattleRunner in Eclipse for Java SDK 13
(Java 8 is fine as well) and added all the libraries inside /libs in the
Robocode installation folder.
I use Windows 10 as well. I have no problem with running it.

Can you see any errors written out in Robocode or under the robot consoles
available from the buttons on the right side (when clicking on these)?
I expect that robots cannot run for some reason due to an error.

Is Robocode able to run the same battle from the normal UI beside
RobocodeEngine? BattleRunner is just "remotely" controlling Robocode.
