Migrates Apache Roller from Java EE 8 (javax.*) to Jakarta EE 10 (jakarta.*), upgrading all major frameworks and replacing obsolete auth protocols with modern OAuth 2.0 / OIDC support. Tracked by [ROL-2183](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ROL-2183).

   **Target versions:** Java 17, Servlet 6.0, Struts 7.2.1, Spring 7.0.8, Spring Security 7.0.6, EclipseLink 5.0.1, Jetty 12.1.12, Tomcat 10.1.

Each commit corresponds to a migration phase:

   - **Phase 0** — Java 17 baseline, Derby 10.16.1.1, SLF4J bridge fix
   - **Phase 1** — Remove unmaintained deps (OAuth 1.0a, spring-security-openid, struts2-bootstrap-plugin), fork xmlrpc-server and rome-propono AtomServlet, replace webjars-servlet-2.x
   - **Phase 2** — The big switch: Struts 2.5→7, Spring 5→7, Spring Security 5→7, all javax→jakarta API swaps, mass import rename, JSP updates
   - **Phase 3** — Add OAuth 2.0 / OIDC login via spring-security-oauth2-client (replacing removed OAuth 1.0a and OpenID 2.0), with Keycloak for testing
   - **Phase 4** — JPA/ORM XML namespace updates (persistence.xml + 31 ORM files), EclipseLink 5.0.1
   - **Phase 5** — web.xml and deployment descriptor namespace updates
   - **Phase 6** — Jetty Maven plugin 10→12, build tooling
   - **Phase 7** — Dockerfile (Tomcat 9→10.1), docker-compose updates (Keycloak + PostgreSQL 16)
