Confirmed. '[email protected]' and '[email protected]' have this option active:

"Block denied MIME types
Message attachments whose MIME type is not allowed will be blocked.
The prohibited MIME-types for this discussion are shown in the
advanced email options below."

This might be interfering with our own emails from Scarab, though the
solution seems anyway to send a correct mimetype from Scarab, isn't
it?
