The header of an email I just received from Scarab does not contain any invalid
Content-Type properties.
So I think the "null[text/html; charset=UTF-8]" is a bug in CollabNet, not in Scarab.

We have to either switch the Scarab-emails to plaintext or to change the settings of the mailing list to accept html/utf8.
