I was not telling to rename a branch, i only want the branch name 
to contain "RC" so that nobody could ever missinterpret it is 
the release, hence i propose "0.22-RC".

Later when the final release is done, the 0.22-RC branch will be copied to
the tags-folder and the branch itself will be removed at the same time 
to express: "Branch is gone, We are done"

That is at least what we agreed upon when we created 0.21 ...
