Re: create a release-0.22 branch now ?

Hahah, thought I don't really mind which color the shed is (as long as
I can put my bike inside!), I'll add just another colour-note:

the problem is just with the name. RC seems somehow to imply "done",
"downloadable" (even if not complete), and that weights more than the
"branches" folder, that must imply "work in progress!!!" (as s opposed
to anything under 'tags' being frozen no matter its completion state)

0.22-stabilization or something like that would make it, or maybe
using "branches/release" as was firstly proposed ("release" meaning
here, "this branch is where we get ready to release"). Or maybe as
Hussayn said, we just need to write it down :-9

Anyway, no more noise from myself in this thread... is just that it
was getting really funny! ;-)
