I don't think I'll save you the time but... Oxygen had a docbook plugin for eclipse IIRC. There was also that tool (xxe?) but I did never get it working properly. I'm myself using Lyx lately, and have heard of "Docbook import" feature (you can always start a docbook article from scratch), but I'd not put my money on it.
