My last information is that Johannes is about to release 0.22 but that
is almost 6 months ago.
No idea what happened in the meantime.

I myself plan to use Scarab in another public project. For this purpose
i will start to clean up
usability a bit. That will happen in trunk. I myself have not planned
any release preparations.
I find it more convenient to just use trunk. i have trunk in production
and it works almost
without errors. We noticed some exceptions (when permissions are missing) .
That is on my radar but i had no time yet to take care about this. All
in all Scarab development
goes veryyyyy slow these days.
