over work scarab attributes view

Hi,

I think, that the "Application configuration" view in scarab has to be 
polished. That means, I want them in a tabbed view, and show to the 
user, which attributes needs a restart of scarab, and which attributes 
are not recommended to change and/or maybe some help links for short 
explanations.

Has anybody some comments on how to group the attributes, and to solve 
the described problem? Can I access the scarab_properties file in the 
xdoc folder?
