Keep in mind that this screen should only be viewed by "the one" 
administrator. At least that is my interpretation of it.

Personally i avoid it and edit (or add properties to) build.properties 
(and rebuild scarab). But i can appreciate any effort going in to make 
scarab installation and maintenance simpler.
