I checked the following against 1.0.22-RC1:

* installed scarab 1.0.22-RC1 with default sample data
* created an issue in TBN > TBN1
* exported the issue TBN1
* reinstalled scarab 1.0.22-RC1 with default sample data, to empty the database
* tried to import TBN1 from above

I realized, that I could not get the issue imported as long as module TBN was empty. But even then there are still some exceptions, which do not look the same as stated in comment from "memoComp Opensource Team - 09.05.2012 14:50:41 GMT+00:00 ", for example: java.sql.SQLException: Column 'ACTIVITY_TYPE' cannot be null
