If you mean "empty" as an option, yes we have it.
I think I did it myself in SCB368... I guess that was the development I
mentioned before :-(

I don't think regular expressions are the easier approach to a regular user
(though it's definitively the most powerful).
And we still have another issue related (unassigned 'user attributes')
