Anonymous user had too much roles in the selftracker

Hi there,

I've revoked the 'User' role to the Anonymous user in our selftracker.
This will avoid some (not all) of the noise we get when evaluators start
using it as a testing system.

Anyway, I think the proper status for 'anonymous' is to be able to access
but not to report issues (though the system is positively able to allow it,
as reported).
