Alright then.

You haven't built scarab.war then.
Instead you can just copy the whole <scarab_checkout>/target/scarab 
directory into <tomcat_home>/webapps/

Or you can build the warfile with the command "ant war".

I'm not entirely sure which is your tomcat_home (or catalina_base) as 
you've listed three separate occurrences of <tomcat-6>/webapps but my 
guess is (1).
