RE: Scarab website doesn't come up after invoking from the Browser

I created scarab.war using 'ant war' command  and pasted it under tomcat_home/webapp, but it still wont work. I tried to invoke the URL http://localhost:8080 but now the tomcat homepage doesn't show up as well. Sorry for asking you so many questions
