Ok then this is the _module_ attribute option order.
Since "ScarabQueryScreen3" list across multiple issuetypes have you 
changed the _global_ attribute option order?
That is, 
Global data -> Global attributes -> attribute

(yes i'm doing a backflip, but really i'm not a politician).
