Hello all, As i have understood of , at creation of a module ticket types and attribute settings for this ticket type are copied from the parent module. Therefore I started to adapt the Global ticket types and their attributes before creating modules. Then I created a module with "Global" as a parent. Strangely, some, but not all settings are propagated (copied) to the child module. These settings are copied: - (changed) ticket names These settings are not copied: - Which ticket types are "Standard", they appear all in the child module. - attribute settings stay with the status the globals had before I changed them (where are they coming from?) We are using scarab 0.21. (Scarab 0.21-200901071511) Any help is greatly appreciated.
