SVN checkout error : 400 Bad Request

Hi,

I am unable to checkout project succesfully. I am using following:

TortoiseSVN client 1.6
Windows Vista Home Edition

TortoiseSVN client is throwing following error:

Checkout from http://scarab.tigris.org/svn/scarab/trunk, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included.
Server sent unexpected return value (400 Bad Request) in response to REPORT
request for '/svn/scarab/!svn/vcc/default'

Is there any configuration I'm missing? please help.
