Global AttributeGroup

Hi,

I am new to scarab, and tried to add a AtrributeGroup to the global ticket type "Defect". I added the group and one attribute I had created called "target release". 

Everything works perfect, but when I created a new module the my own attribute group never comes up when adding "Defects".

Instead I see to attribute groups called AttributeGroupOne and AttributeGroupTwo. Where do they come from ? 
They are visible in any created modules, but are not global.

So my question is: How to add my own attribute group that behave like AttributeGroupOne ?
