Hi Matthias, "Global" is more like a container for some "Meta Data". It is not a=20 module. You cannot extend this. (1. Clean your database. Don't use the sample data even if they seem to=20 be useful. run "ant create-db -Dskip.seed.data=3Dtrue -Dskip.default.data=3Dtrue=20 -Dskip.jira.templates.data=3Dtrue" for this.) 2. You may rethink your issue types and settings and do a short draft.=20 Changes might be a bit messy later on. 3. Create your issue types and atttributes in "Global" 4. Add a module named "Template" or something. 5. Add all your issue types from Global to this "Template" Now you should able to create a module which inherits "Template". Your=20 items (issue types) from "Template" should be copied. Matthias Barmeier schrieb: > Hi, > > I am new to scarab, and tried to add a AtrributeGroup to the global ticke= t type "Defect".
