Privilege setting, Only allow to see an assigned issue

Dear All,

I remembered when I first used Scarab in 2004.=20

Scarab was able to only allow users to see the issues assigned to them or c=
reated by them.

The user was not able to do search in that module except for "My Issues in =
this module" and "My issues in all module"

I tried to limit a user's right only to the issue he was assigned but "jump=
 to id" is always there even disable the "search" privilege.

Does anyone know how to let a person only able to see the issues assigned T=
o or CC to him/her ?
