Scarab Setup

We attempted to upgrade to MySQL 5.1 and hosed everything. So, I removed the newer version of MySQL and have MySQL 5.0 up and running. What steps are next to getting Scarab back up and running? When I bring up my browser, I get the scarab login screen but when I attempt to log in, I get a "database general error".
