Need Help

I have installed Scarab-0.21, and follwed all the steps and also able to
login with the *Administrator *user.

But it is giving the follwing error and failing to send mail to the user
mail id.

I have attached the error here


*Alert! An Exception occured. The detailed message:
"javax.mail.SendFailedException: Sending failed; nested exception is: class
javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: localhost,
port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.SocketException: Permission denied:
connect"*
