The URLs are normalized before they even make it to the access log, so I
don't think that's a useful test.

Mozilla and IE work the same for me. Maybe this is the best way, it will
print the version too:

Under Windows I only had two environment variables set--JAVA_HOME and
CATALINA_HOME. Ran %CATALINA_HOME%\bin\startup.bat. No CLASSPATH set or
anything.
