Summary: Java class precedence graph inconsistent

Initial Comment:
The type hierarchy for the class
com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapNamingEnumeration is

com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapNamingEnumeration
  javax.naming.NamingEnumeration
    java.util.Enumeration
  com.sun.jndi.ldap.ReferralEnumeration
    javax.naming.NamingEnumeration
      java.util.Enumeration

which is inconsistent in SISC's type system because it
cannot be flattened. Of course the above is perfectly
fine in Java, so we will have to change SISC's type
system to cope with it somehow.
