SISC 1.9.5 Released

SISC 1.9.5 is released and available from the website.  This release 
fixes a handful of bugs found in the 1.9.4 release:

 * Fix bugs in quasiquote which had implications in the object 
   system.
 * Allow named values to be any value, fixing a bug in SRFI-18
   naming.
 * Ported the infinity,NaN work to the other quantity libraries
