Compound implementations

Hello,

We're in need of a Compound implementation that calls sfDeploy and
sfStart for each component sequentially, but not sfTerminate like what
Sequence does.
Is there a way to use one of the provided implementations for this, or
do we have to write one ?

Just to make things clearer, here is the description we want to get working :
