Q: TouchFile component

I'd like to use the TouchFile component within a Sequence, i.e. it is the 
first component to be deployed within a Sequence in order to make sure 
that a certain file exists (probably as an empty file, but it has to exist 
to make the subsequent components to work). By trying this it seems to me 
that TouchFile does not terminate, i.e. the Sequence just stalls. Also 
when I deploy TouchFile alone it stays within SF. Could you add a 
Terminator Thread at the end of TouchFile's sfStart ? Or is there 
some other solution to this ? I'm using SF 3.06.016rc2.
