Hi Andreas,

That is a very good suggestion.

I have modified the components File, TouchFile and Mkdir to read the
configuration attribute sfShouldTerminate at the end of their sfStart()
lifecycle.

There is also another attribute named sfShoulDetatch that can be used so
that the components detach from their parent before terminating.

The documentation is also updated and attached:

I have also attached the new jar file.

If you want to add this to your own components, you can use this new
method: 

import org.smartfrog.sfcore.utils.ComponentHelper;

new
ComponentHelper(this).sfSelfDetachAndOrTerminate("normal/abnormal","mess
age",this.sfCompleteNameSafe(),null);
