SF security question

Hello, from reading the SF documentation it is not clear to me whether the following is possible or not in SF with security enabled: Suppose that an SF daemon is running on some node, can I restrict who and from which machine somebody can deploy components into this particular daemon ? I.e. I'd like to state things like "only user xy from host z can deploy components". Or "all users from host y can deploy components".
