Almost. See last email. You should also have release permissions for any spice 
components. I have been building the releases using buildDist maven goal.

BTW if you get a chance could you test the current version in Phoenix. I 
haven't tested it extensively yet but it should work in theory. That way we 
can make sure loggerstore behaves as expected prior to releasing it
