Description:
We need to do an initial release of threadpool. To do this we need to;

* include commons-pool and commons-collections as part of distribution of netserve
* document an example usage of each component (Pico vs Avalon atm)
* write some very basic index.xml describing what threadpool is and link to usage docs for each component
* upload ThreadPool to CodeHaus or Maven distribution site
* announce component at freshmeat
