Description:
We need to do an initial release of netserve. To do this we need to;

* release threadpool as it is an unreleased dependency
* include threadpool, commons-pool, commons-collections as part of distribution of netserve
* document an example usage of each component
* write some very basic index.xml describing what netserve is and link to usage docs for each component
* upload NetServe to CodeHaus or Maven distribution site
* announce component at freshmeat
