Regarding names. dnavalon is harder to say than navalon though we could just mangle it around more like dnanvalon, nanvalon etc.

We could put it startigt in component if and only if there is corresponding deep unit tests for all functionality. Otherwise we can go via sndbox and then just promote when have completed.

This will include converters for Configuration, Loggers, Parameters, and DNA MetaData --> Phoenix MetaData,
