Hiya,

I just made a backwards incompatible change to MetaClasses serialization
format. Essentially all the MetaClass descriptors were carrying around
information related to the modifiers of the class/method/field.

However this is not needed as it can always be derived from introspecting the
class. Thus in the aim of reducing duplicate information I removed the
modifiers from the code.

Unfortunately this is backwards incompatible and will mean you need to
regenerate the attributes to access them with the latest version of
MetaClass. If you try to access descriptors in last version you will be
unable to load them due to version differences.
