Site upload

Hi,

I've done a fresh upload of the site and all the components,
some of which were quite out of date (after the package rename).
In the process I've sorted out various bits and bobs,
including a rationalisation of the maven build scripts
and fixing the navigation menu which now has a component specific part.

One thing which I have notice is that (at least with the latest xdoc 
plugin) the loading of the non-default site.jsl file fails,
so I had to comment it out - hence the change in look & feel.
The end product though is quite pleasing all the same -
the new style is quite cool imo and the color are very much
in line with the spicy cool logo ;-)

It also does avoid the duplication of the color properties
in all the components - which is something I'd like to move away from.
Anyway, still I'd love to know why the site.jsl does not work anymore :-)
