Sounds good. Though we may want to convert spice-lib into stable libs and put 
developing ones (meta* & xinvoke) into spice-sandbox ?

Not sure at the moment. I was planning on putting documentation and maybe a 
container in there eventually. Got side-tracked.

Maybe we could merge into one uber CVS directory. Something along the lines of

spice/site
spice/lib
spice/sandbox
spice/apps
spice/X

?
