Are you going to request a CVS restructuring to SF.net or are you going to copy the existing files to the new structure (removing the old ones)? First case we get to keep cvs history (but people have to checkout a fresh work dir), second case has more smooth transition. I've asked SF.net to restructure before and they are quite fast and efficient. If we are going down this route better now than later.
