Ugh - it seems that we have lost the old distribution site. Codehaus is
currently in the process of migrating projects so it looks like we have lost
the link in the move. For the moment I just did a copy of spice jars into
following directory until we are ready to go.

IIRC The only functional change was a change to use the org.codehaus.spice
namespace - no other changes were made. When Spice gets migrated across to
new server we will need to copy across the old releases or re-release
products as necessary.
