Re: File I/O in EJBs

The spec is quite specific in the prohibition of the
use of java.io package classes in EJBs, due to
platform differences and the lack of enterprise
robustness.

However, JNDI has a file system based implementation
which works quite nicely in EJBs which might be a good
work around for you.
